I graduated from The University of Alabama in May 2021. Since I was born and raised in Tuscaloosa, choosing where to go to college was a no-brainer. I’m blessed to have a very talented, “jack-of-all-trades” mom who’s always working on something creative — whether it’s smocking day gowns, acrylic paintings, or designing watercolor prints. Watching her growing up truly sparked my own love for art. I started getting requests for custom pieces from friends, family, & even teachers back in high school, and it’s grown from a fun side hustle into one of my favorite creative outlets. I love bringing people’s ideas to life — especially when a piece I’ve created brings joy to someone else. My personal favorite pieces are always the crosses and angels. I’m incredibly thankful that the Lord blessed me with these artistic abilities — and even more grateful that I get to share this passion with my mom. Even now, at 26, we still have our “art days” — playing music, making Hobby Lobby runs, bouncing ideas off each other, and creating side-by-side. Those moments are so special to me and remind me why I love what I do.
